Terms and conditions Unless otherwise agreed the following terms and conditions are applicable, 1) All rates are net per person per night including breakfast unless otherwise mentioned 2) Rates are valid for group travellers (min. 20 pax) 3) Reservation and confirmation After sending a reservation and receiving a written confirmation from EverTours a travelcontract has been established 4) Payment conditions 70 % prepayment one week prior to cancellation deadline. The remaining amount is due after receiving the invoice. Tickets for theatre, musical and opera have to be prepaid 100 % at the advised date. In case of delay of payment EverTours has the right to charge interest. 5) Candellations unless otherwise agreed: for group- bookings in Austria and Hungary: until 5 weeks prior to arrival: free 5 weeks until 14 days prior to arrival: 30 % of total booking 13 days until 6 days prior to arrival: 60 % of total booking 5 days until 3 days prior to arrival: 80 % of total booking 2 until day of arrival; 100 % of total booking Theatretickets as well as tickets for musicals and operas cannot be cancelled after reservation therefore 100 % cancellationfee will apply for group-bookings in Croatia, Slowenia and Czech Republik: until 6 weeks prior to arrival: free 4 weeks prior to arrival: 30 % of total booking 2 weeks prior to arrival: 50 % of total booking 1 week prior to arrival: 80 % of total booking cancellation later: 100 % of total booking 6) Responsibility and Liability EverTours does not take any responsibility for any reduction in quality being not the fault of EverTours or happening due to force majeur. Place of Jurisdiction is Lienz. The Austrian right is applicable. Besides that the general Austrian travelconditions are applicable. Mistakes and printing erros are excepted.
